I know we don't hand over until NEXT Thursday, but we've had such ridiculous dramas with the bank that I thought I'd just stick with the original plan and collect our bank cheque as scheduled...yesterday.
Would you believe that they hadn't done it, couldn't find the instructions and sent me away empty handed?

Hmm...there's been SOME packing done Deb. But a heck of a long way to go. Good thing we've got the old house for another 6 weeks!!
How's the rectification work for fireplace going?....are you able to check out progress on your Thursday home?

Shock....bricks cleaned; what a fight, AND we layed turf!! with no rain but oh so wet.

Deb, where are your piccies of the great wall?? I'll bet your front yard looks gorgeous with turf laid too. We will literally be flying past this weekend. So much to do that can't really be done too far in advance.
