Well...maybe not quite MOVIE stars, but they do make a cameo appearance in the Spectra Selection Centre video tour on Carlisle's new website.
These will feature as a strip in each shower flanked by white gloss tiles. Dark chocolate, slightly mottled tiles will be on the floor. They'll also be the hero of the powder room jutting out from behind the mirror. But the part I'm biting my nails over is having these in the ensuite as the vanity splashback and on the mirror wall of the spa. Might be a bit too much.
How long til the slab pour??????
EDIT: On a recent visit to Spectra to re-select our splash back colour, I snuck a decent shot of our tiles...

I'm not keen on the layout of new Carlisle Website - like an old shoe I was happy with the other. More interior images and facades would be good....or is it IMO the ordinary furnishings/decor Carlisle have in their display homes?
I think your tiles will look great, take a bow for the audience.
I'm a fan of the website coz that whole enter here thing was annoying. And with PD and metricon having redone theirs, I think they needed to get with the times. But the decor of their displays is a bit over the top. And you can't get a feel for where in the house you are (on the website I mean). PDs is very very good. I can spend hours on there. I even borrowed a few of their ideas for my work website!!!
Stressing about those tiles. Should have just gone with white. Too late. Blah.
Just took another look at the website and I must admit the reel of images is better and showing each homes facade is a bonus. Some of Carlisle's earlier displays are way too retro for me. PD website is one of the best - very good at 'staging and marketing'. Luke and I know PD website like the back of our hand.
Tiles will look spectacular.
Have you noticed that they don't have facades on there for all of the homes? I was hoping they'd have some updated ones for our Monaco coz I'm still not a fan of ours. I would have loved the higher garage wall - don't know it's correct name - the square type with concealed gutter.
Man... I'm stressing out about the whole house today!!!
Tiles too bold, facade too plain, wenge cupboards too dark, blackbutt floor too light. Does this happen all the way through until you see it in real life and then it's all good? *pulls hair out while running round incircles barking*
Unfortunately facade drawings don't do them any justice. Completed house images are much better. Higher garage wall...parapet? with a concealed box gutter? We had a shoddy job done of a box gutter over a raised Portico resulting in water pouring into masterbedroom, nightmare. Once correctly installed never a problem but caused a lot of grief. John still shudders when he sees them! I think part of the journey of building is stressing over everything but it all seems to come good. Have you noticed the guys don't worry - 'what colour are we having again' geeee!!!!
Ha ha... Too true!
Loz tells people the house will be white, brown and orange. And he tries to tell me it'll all look "maaaarvellous dahhhhling". Our cour chick did say she wanted to see our place just before we move in. But they probably say that to everyone.
Sounds like a good vote of confidence to me.
I don't think I've ever used "maaaarvellous dahhhhling" my dear.
