Went down to the estate today and COULD NOT BELIEVE our eyes. The sales boards with current stages available next to the sales office showed that every block in the newly released stage 13 was been sold. Our release is a little way behind with some of the 10m wide lots still available, but compared to the internet, there appears to be very little land left.
So many houses now under construction. It's nice to see people walking around their blocks, pacing out their back yards through the mud. Hopefully the long wait makes everyone appreciate what they have even more!

I wonder when those titles are due to be released!!!
Probably before ours!!
How are you finding the wait Janine??
Well, OK so far, am putting off signing contracts with Premier, as after 4 months the price will go up, as I said we were told nov/dec so I am following with interest the other people on the forum, I am looking forward to meeting you all, some of us will probably be building at the same time, which will be interesting!!! Maybe we should meet down there one sunday with wine/cheese on board!
As soon as they get that central park finished, we should have a massive estate warming party. Everyone could have their lot number written on their shirt and go searching for their neighbors. Of course those lucky people who already have titles should be excluded!!!!!!!!
What a hoot - and a fantastic idea!!! We should do this maybe at Xmas time, surely the park will be up and running by then??? If not we could always head to the local pub. Its so nice to think that we are all creating a sense of community here - its something that seems to be a thing of the past these days. Bring on the estate warming!
Cheers to that!
I snuck down there today and it was anything but warm. But...there's been heaps of progress this week. Stage 7 is really getting a crack on now. Mountainview Blvd has it's road base down and it looks like to curbing will follow soon. Our road, Fieldstone Cres, has been graded right down through Stage 13. Although I keep saying to myself "stay away" in the hope that one day I'll visit and magically our block will be ready, I just can't not go. Promise I won't go visit for another fortnight!
