Reinsey, you are such a dag - its easy to see we have all too much time on our hands at the moment! I have been away on the Tennis Girls weekend away (its our 10th year!) and just need to catch up on all your posts - what a hoot!! Will get back to you.....
Ha ha - if this land doesn't title soon I reckon I'll explode - or worse still, change my mind on the house AGAIN!!!!! I figure that net surfing for ideas I'll never use is MUCH more productive :)
